This Privacy Policy explains how iEvntür (“iEvntür”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website, marketplace, and business tools. By using iEvntür, you agree to this policy.
We collect information you provide when you create an account or profile, list a business, book services, communicate with other users, or contact us — including your name, business details, contact information, and, for eligible business programs, a Federal EIN / Business Tax ID. We also collect usage data to operate and improve the platform.
We use information to provide and improve the marketplace and business tools, process bookings and payments, generate AI-assisted content you request, personalize recommendations, communicate with you, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
Sensitive identifiers such as a Federal EIN are encrypted at rest and masked after submission. We restrict access to authorized systems and personnel and maintain audit logs for sensitive actions. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using industry practices.
If you enroll in Business Credit Builder, you authorize iEvntür to collect and maintain qualifying commercial payment information and — only once reporting is activated — to furnish it to participating business credit bureaus. Reporting is not active until required furnisher agreements and certifications are complete.
We share information with other users as needed to facilitate bookings (for example, a vendor sees a client’s inquiry), with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as payment and email providers), and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
You can access and update your profile information, control certain communications, and request deletion of your account subject to legal and contractual retention requirements.
For privacy questions or requests, please contact us through our Contact page.
