These Terms of Use apply to your use of the iEvntür website. By using the website you agree to them. Accounts, bookings, payments, and other services are also subject to the terms presented when you register or purchase through the iEvntür platform.
You may browse the website and submit inquiries for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape it at scale, or submit false or misleading information.
Businesses that join the iEvntür Vendor Marketplace review and accept the iEvntür Vendor Terms and Vendor Agreement during registration, before completing registration or starting a paid membership. Membership prices and Platform Fees are shown on our public Vendor Pricing page.
The website, the iEvntür name and logo, and the content we publish are owned by iEvntür or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute them without permission. Vendor and talent profiles remain the responsibility of the businesses and people who provide them.
When you submit a form, we use the information to respond and to connect you with relevant services, as described in our Privacy Policy. Inquiries may be shared with the vendors or talent you contact.
AI avatars and AI talent shown on the website are digital characters and are clearly labeled as AI. They are not real people.
The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or that listed services, pricing, or availability will not change.
To the extent permitted by law, iEvntür is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. iEvntür is not a party to agreements made directly between users unless stated otherwise.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page.
