These terms govern your Preferred Vendor subscription on the iEvntür marketplace. Please read them carefully before listing your business.
Last updated: July 26, 2026
By listing your business you enroll in a recurring monthly Preferred Vendor subscription (Standard, Plus, or Elite). Your subscription begins after any free trial period and renews automatically each month until canceled. Enterprise plans are governed by a separate written agreement.
Eligible new vendors receive a 7-day free trial. You may cancel any time during the trial to avoid being charged. If you do not cancel, your selected plan begins billing at the end of the trial.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance in U.S. dollars via our payment processor, Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
In addition to your monthly membership, a Marketplace Processing Fee applies only when a booking is successfully completed through the iEvntür Vendor Marketplace. The fee decreases with membership tier: Standard 10%, Plus 7%, Elite 5%, and a custom negotiated rate for Enterprise. It is never charged for inquiries, quotes, or unbooked leads, and is deducted from the booking total before the remaining funds are paid out to the vendor.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your vendor dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; your profile remains visible until then.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile, imagery, and business information. You represent that you hold all required licenses and insurance for the services you offer. iEvntür may remove or suspend listings that are inaccurate, misleading, or violate these terms.
Inquiries submitted by buyers are shared directly with you. You agree to respond professionally and to comply with all applicable laws, including anti-spam and privacy regulations.
Verified and Featured designations are granted at iEvntür’s discretion and may be revoked if standards are not maintained.
iEvntür provides the marketplace “as is.” We are not a party to agreements between vendors and buyers and are not liable for the outcome of any engagement arranged through the marketplace.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Preferred Vendor Marketplace after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
